At the invitation of the China Association for Quality Inspection (CAQI), and with the joint support of the Tianjin Lubricants Industry Association, our company successfully organized and delivered the “Advanced Lubricant Laboratory Analyst Training Course” in Tianjin from 14 to 18 March 2021.
Under the full supervision and guidance of CAQI’s authorized representatives, 18 trainees from Tianjin-based lubricant manufacturers completed five intensive days of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice. Fourteen of them passed the final closed-book written examination and practical assessment, and were awarded the “Lubricant Laboratory Analyst Position Competency Certificate” issued by CAQI.
For this programme our training team compiled nearly 150,000 words of course material covering:

They also shared extensive practical experience on how to achieve more accurate and reliable test results.
In the practical segment, instructors used on-site equipment supplied by AW Analytical Instruments to demonstrate:

Each trainee received one-on-one coaching, allowing incorrect habits to be corrected immediately and ensuring optimal learning outcomes.

Participants gained new knowledge, broadened their professional horizons, deepened their understanding of instrument principles, improved their hands-on skills, mastered methods that influence test precision, and eliminated personal bad habits. All successful candidates received the official “Lubricant Laboratory Analyst Position Competency Certificate” issued by CAQI.
The successful conclusion of this first training session was highly commended by CAQI. Our company will continue to listen to partners’ needs and suggestions to ensure the ongoing development and sustainability of the laboratory analyst training programme.
