At the invitation of the China Association for Quality Inspection (CAQI), and jointly organized with the Tianjin Lubricants Industry Association, our company proudly hosted the Advanced Lubricant Laboratory Analyst Training Course in Jinan, Shandong Province, from 10 to 14 May 2021.
Sixteen laboratory technicians from lubricant manufacturers across Shandong and neighbouring provinces attended the five-day intensive programme. Under the full supervision of CAQI’s authorised representative, thirteen participants passed the final closed-book written examination and practical assessment and were awarded the Lubricating oil tester Position Competency Certificate issued by CAQI.
The same 150,000-word curriculum developed for the March Tianjin session was delivered unchanged, ensuring every Lubricating oil tester left with identical, industry-leading knowledge. Classroom modules included:
Safe operation of instruments
Laboratory management
Fundamentals of lubricants
Interpretation of quality-control standard test methods
Principles of analytical instruments and operating procedures
Critical control points during testing
Real-world case studies on how a Lubricating oil tester can obtain accurate and reliable data
During practical sessions, instructors used on-site equipment supplied by AWD Analytical Instruments to demonstrate calibration, test sequences, result evaluation, troubleshooting and maintenance. Each Lubricating oil tester received one-on-one coaching, allowing incorrect habits to be corrected immediately and guaranteeing optimal learning outcomes.
Participants gained new knowledge, broadened their professional horizons, deepened their understanding of instrument principles, improved their hands-on skills, mastered methods that influence test precision, and eliminated personal bad habits. All successful candidates received the official Lubricating oil tester Position Competency Certificate issued by CAQI.
The successful conclusion of this second training session was highly commended by CAQI. Our company will continue to listen to partners’ needs and suggestions to ensure the ongoing development and sustainability of the Lubricating oil tester training programme.
