Jinan, October 2024 — China Association for Quality Inspection oversaw the 2024 Advanced Oil Analyst Program (Session 3) organized by AWD. Twenty-plus technicians from northern refineries completed a five-day curriculum and walked away with the Oil Analyzer Specialist Certificate after passing both written and practical finals.
Course modules were rebuilt around the Oil Analyzer workflow: instrument safety, lab management, lubricant fundamentals, standard interpretation, critical control points, and field cases that secure repeatable Oil Analyzer data. Instructors devoted separate blocks to ASTM method details, glassware/balance technique, acid-base and gravimetric titrations, reagent preparation, next-generation safety concepts, and the meaning of common lubricant indicators, embedding dozens of examples that make an Oil Analyzer result bullet-proof.

Training engineers delivered one-to-one coaching on calibration, test sequences, uncertainty control, result evaluation and troubleshooting, keeping every Oil Analyzer run within ASTM tolerance.
Participants commented that the program closed knowledge gaps, widened their horizon, deepened understanding of Oil Analyzer internals, upgraded hands-on skills and, most importantly, corrected long-standing bad habits. All twenty-plus candidates fulfilled the academic requirements and received the Oil Analyzer Specialist Certificate.
